A few things to note:

  1. Organizations are eligible for donations only once per calendar year. Unfortunately, due to limited funds, many worthwhile requests cannot be supported. Please understand that if JLP cannot support your organization, it does not reflect any disapproval of the merits of the organization.

  2. Past support of an organization is not a guarantee of future support.

  3. Organizations requesting donations of my time and products (physical or digital) as a photographer must provide current proof of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

  4. You must provide JLP a donation tax receipt with your 501(c)(3) Tax ID number for the digital or physical products that are donated by Jacquie Lai. My time at your event and time editing your products are at no cost to your nonprofit. The digital or physical products donated by JLP is a physical good donation to your nonprofit charity. The value of one digital photograph is $35 per image download.
