Example breakdown for Sibling Photos:
Child 1 Individual Photo ($25) + Child 2 Individual Photo ($25) + Sibling Photos ($10) = $60 total
Sibling Photos are only for PCP enrolled students.
*****Picture Day for Siblings will be on the assigned day of the YOUNGER sibling’s class.*****
Steps to Sign Up and What to Expect:

Download a payment form or wait for your child’s teacher to send one home with your child. Payments can only be made with cash or check made out to JACQUIE LAI
Once You have turned in your payment to your child’s teacher and signed up digitally, you officially have signed up your child for picture day!
All Payment and Sign Ups need to be turned no later than THURSDAY APRIL 16TH.

Lost your payment form or never received one? Download a copy below and return it to school with your child along with your payment. Payment is Due no later than Thursday, April 16th.
